Hello Cedar Brook!  Fall is upon us!!  Chilly nights, spooky decorations, beautiful fall colors…what a great time of year.  Then the holiday season is right around the corner.  We wish you and your families a wonderful and safe holiday season.
First order of business…. Caring for Cedar Brook Committee

It was a very TOUGH decision for our Yard Superlatives!  Cedar Brook really stepped it up this year!  We chose three winners, they are listed below….
Best Overall Yard….The Andrews 131st Ave

Thank you all for your efforts this year in yard upkeep!  We will do it again next year!  You could be our next winners! If you would like to be a part of the Caring for Cedar Brook Committee, please email cedarbrookhoa@gmail.com

Finally, if you are having trouble keeping up with your mowing, the HOA has a list of available teenagers that are looking for some mowing business.  Some on our list have also expressed interest in some leaf raking and snow shoveling!!!  Please email us at cedarbrookhoa@gmail.com for more information and we can get you connected with these kids.  It would be a great experience for the kids and could save you some time and money!
Second Order Of Business…… Neighborhood Watch
We are still working on putting together a Neighborhood Watch.  We have designated 5 block captains, and are in need of a few more up at the front of the neighborhood.  If you are up in that area and are interested please email cedarbrookhoa@gmail.com as soon as you can.  There is no cost to join, just your time, and will only make our community stronger.  You may have your block captain stop by to say Hi, be on the look out for them.

Remember….if you see anything or anyone that seems suspicious, please feel free to contact the HOA.  If it is very serious situation, of course call 9-1-1.  Any information that comes into the HOA about an incident happening in our neighborhood gets communicated to the block captains.  In turn they will relay that message to their “block”, just so everyone is aware what is happening in their neighborhood. It will also help us all keep an eye out for each other.

Parents please be sure to talk to your kids about “Stranger Danger. No adult should need directions or need to address questions to a child.  Please be very aware with Halloween right around the corner….
