Happy Halloween from CBHOA!We'd like to remind everyone this is a kid friendly neighborhood. At all times, but especially on Halloween night, folks need to adjust their speed when driving, and be mindful of the little spooks and goblins. Our Drive 25 Keep Kids Alive campaign didn't quite have the effect on area speeders we would have hoped and we don't qualify for speed bumps, so please, let's all be cautious.

Now is a good time to mention, CBHOA has completed our annual Fall Clean Up in the green spaces, entrance, and roundabout areas. This involved picking up trash, weeding, replenishing mulch as needed, and removing of unauthorized commercial signage on CBHOA property. We know you appreciate the hard work performed to keep Cedar Brook fresh and tidy looking.
Finally (and back to the holiday), if you're looking for something to do, there is no shortage of fun activities and events in the Omaha metro. Check here for but one list of Halloween events.
