Dues are $35 a year with no assessments now (or planned).
Unpaid dues are billed 125% each year (i.e. $43.75 a year for each year unpaid).
Dues run from Jan. 1st to Dec. 31st each year.
Dues do not transfer from a previous owner to a new owner.
No insurance, trash pickup, water or sewage paid for by the HOA.
Membership is mandatory for all property owners.
