Helpful Handyman

One of our neighbors, Justin Jensen, is launching a new handyman business to tackle all those jobs many homeowners don't want to mess with or just don't have the skills to take care of themselves. It sounds like his Hands On Property Services company is designed to handle the kind of project that most general contractors wouldn't want to bother with.

So when you want to take a hands-off approach to a household improvement or repair project, consider our Hands-On handyman, Justin. He's got more than a decade of experience working for a custom cabinetry business in Omaha while doing skillful handyman work. Plus, he's a good neighbor. You can reach Justin at 402-990-1052 or by e-mail at info(at)handsonmidwest.com.

Cheers,
Josh

P.S. If anyone else in Cedar Brook has their own business and would appreciate some free neighborhood advertising here on the blog, please send me an e-mail at cedarbrookhoa@gmail.com.

Successful Sale

Greetings,
I hope you all had a successful garage sale during the last weekend in June. It seemed like we had some pretty good traffic out here on both days. And if nothing else, maybe you managed to clear out some storage space around your Cedar Brook home. I hope the summer is treating you well.

Cheers,
Josh
