I hope spring is going well for everyone. It's almost time to plan the annual neighborhood garage sale, which we usually do one weekend in June. The association will arrange for sale advertising in the World-Herald and online at Craigslist.
Does anyone have suggestions for dates? Or do you have any ideas about how to improve our neighborhood sale? If so, shoot me an e-mail at cedarbrookhoa@gmail.com.
The annual dues notices will also be going out soon. Our annual dues remain $35. The dues pay for maintaining the landscaping in the entrance area and roundabout, and for events like the neighborhood garage sale. We appreciate your support and prompt payment, which helps save the association money on additional mailings.
