The CBHOA appreciates the manner in which most residents maintain their properties with tidy landscaping and well groomed yards.
Two residents recently donated three hours of their time to weeding, picking up trash, raking mulch, pruning trees, and fertilizing bushes in the entrance island at 132nd and Nebraska Avenue as well.
Thank you all for working hard to keep our neighborhood beautiful!
Please consider volunteering your time to serve the HOA in an official capacity. By returning your contact information and an indication of interest with your dues, we can arrange for our first Association meeting in a very long time.
In turn, homeowners can discuss neighborhood issues and we can get more people involved in the decision making process relative to CBHOA business.
Thanks in advance for your stewardship!
